Description
This is a free planner printable that I made to try and help myself quit smoking. There are three pages. Please keep in mind that I am not a doctor or health professional and my method or suggestions are only those that are relevant to me. If you are looking to quit it can be a slow hard process. Hopefully we can do it.
Usage
You are free to download, print and use this template for personal use only.
It is recommended that you;
- Print on A4 at 100%
- Use a cutting mat/craft knife or guillotine (cut just inside black lines)
- Use a hole punch that is 0.6 x 0.6 mm (or around that size) over hole marks
Made for a kikki.k medium journal, but may work in other small or medium planners.
